This is the largest tank in the Paris Aquarium! Visitors can take advantage of numerous vantage points to observe several species of shark in 3 million liters of water, right in the heart of Paris! The tank is also home to giant groupers, moray eels and an impressive school of almost 4,000 sardine-like fish.
Some 550 shark species have been described. Many of these species are threatened.

The Aquarium de Paris is open daily from 9:30 am to 7 pm, except on July 14. Last admission is at 6pm. Open on Saturdays until 9pm. Last admission at night is 8pm.
