Tickets & opening hours

How do I buy tickets?
On our Ticketing or at the box office (subject to availability). To guarantee access, please reserve a time slot.
Tickets purchased online are up to 20% cheaper than at the box office, depending on the calendar.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Changes can be made by selecting a ticket modification here.
Changes cost €2.50 per ticket. Cancellations are not possible.

What are your opening hours?
The Aquarium de Paris is open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last admission before 6 p.m.), except on July 14.
All our exceptional closures are indicated on the home page of the website.

Do you offer night visits?
The Aquarium de Paris welcomes you on Saturday evenings from 7pm to 9pm (last admission before 8pm). Special rates apply for nocturnal visits.

Does the ticket allow re-entry to the Aquarium de Paris?
No. All exits are final.

Access & parking

Where to park?
You can park in the surrounding streets. Please note that parking spaces are limited.
Two PMR parking spaces are available at 7 Avenue Albert de Mun.
Private parking lots (not connected to the Aquarium) are located nearby:
Parking Indigo Kléber Trocadéro (7 min walk) / Saemes Parking Quai branly-Tour Eiffel (15 min walk).

Can I come by coach?
Coaches can drop visitors off at 5 avenue Albert de Mun.
A coach parking area is available opposite the Aquarium de Paris, on the even side of Avenue des Nations Unies.

How to get there by public transport?
The aquarium is accessible by :

METRO: Line 6 - Trocadéro / Line 9 - Iena or Trocadéro
RER: RER C - Champ de Mars
BUS: Line 30 - Albert de Mun or Varsovie / Line 32 - Trocadéro or Albert de Mun / Line 63 - Trocadéro / Line 72 - Pont d'Iena / Line 82 - Iena or Varsovie

Before the visit (preparation)

How long will the tour take?
The tour lasts as long as you like. On average, 1h30 to 2h.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are allowed on the entire tour.

Can I bring food?
You can bring a picnic in your bag, but you can't picnic on site.

On-site (services & rules)

Is there a checkroom or locker service?

Yes, a locker service is available at reception. Information here.


Can I take photos or videos?

Photos without flash are permitted. Tripods and selfie poles are not permitted.

Commercial use of photos is prohibited.


Are pets allowed?

Only guide or assistance dogs are allowed.


Are there toilets on site?
Toilets are available for visitors only.

They are located at several points along the tour route.


Can souvenirs be purchased?
A souvenir store is available at the end of the tour route, for ticketed visitors only.

Accessibility & safety

Are scooters and motorcycle helmets allowed on the course?
No, as well as large suitcases and other items. You can find all the prohibited items in the access conditions.

Are backpacks checked at the entrance?
Bags are systematically checked at the entrance. In the event of refusal, access to the aquarium will be refused, and tickets already reserved will not be refunded.

Is the aquarium wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, the entire tour is accessible.

How do I report a problem or an animal in difficulty?
Notify a member of staff immediately.

Animation programs

Do you offer guided tours?
Yes, guided tours and educational workshops are available by prior arrangement, for groups and schools only.

Are there activities for children and adults?
Family events, shows, lectures and workshops for children are offered on a regular basis. Find the program here.
These events are free of charge and included in the admission price, without reservation and subject to availability.

Is there an annual subscription?

The pass gives unlimited access for 1 year and exclusive benefits.

Do you offer special rates for groups?
Yes, we offer special rates for groups, depending on the number of people and the composition of the group. Find out more on the dedicated page: School and after-school groupsOther groups, CSE and similar.

Do you organize school outings?

Recruitment

Do you take on trainees from 3ᵉ or seconde, as well as alternating students?
No, our technical facilities present certain risks and we do not have the resources to effectively supervise young people in these conditions.

Do you have an address for applications?
